Old Spitalfields Market used to be the staging post for new and young artists. At one time the basement in Old Spitalfields Market housed over a 150 artists both working and exhibiting.

There have been some high profile exhibits including the ‘Bodyworks’ which attracted more than a million visitors to the area.

Our raison-dêtre is to bring together the local people and artists, who are presently inhabiting this uniquelly historical neighbourhood in the East End of London. Plus, in doing so, raise the profile of Spitalfields and bring this wonderfully atmospheric area, with its young and brilliant artists to the attention of the world at large. Opening hours: 10am - 6pm 7 days a week
